The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order for the products in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent immediately via an automated email. However, the purchase contract is only concluded once we have confirmed the shipment or delivered the goods.
All prices are shown in euros and include the applicable VAT depending on the delivery country. For deliveries to Germany and Austria, the respective VAT rates apply. For deliveries to Switzerland, no German VAT is charged, but import taxes and customs fees may apply.

Available methods may vary depending on technical availability, location, or order value.
We currently ship to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Delivery is handled by DHL to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days, but may take up to 7–8 business days depending on processing time and order volume.
Delivery to Packstations (parcel lockers) is possible.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

Return costs:
In the event of withdrawal, we are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, as per § 357 (6) BGB.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
The statutory warranty rights under German law apply.
The contract language is German.
German law shall apply to all agreements, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main.
